What to do when none of the pre-configured report formats is the type of report you want printed? It would be nice if a user could select the information to be included in a report and the format of the report. Basically, I wish for a condensed report (3 columns per page) that has the following information/format for each font:
Font Name
File Path/Filename
Font Sample (user-selected sample, including custom text)
Custom Reports
We've enhanced printing layouts in version 10. It seems the requested feature is covered by Layout report.
Tools/Print Fonts/Layout:
Generic / Columns count = 3 (as in condensed report of earlier versions);
Sample/ Caption / insert desired fields - font name, file name, full path, etc;
Use text Sample (type custom text).
