FontExpert shows fonts recently added to Library in the Font view.

See "Recently Added" node:

After you added fonts to Library (or Groups) the fonts, the items should appear also in "Recently Added" node.

Please start FontExpert, then find the FontExpert.log file in AppData in Proxima Software/FontExpert/17.0 folder and send it to support@proximasoftware.com.

The plug-in for InDesign 2010 is in development.

Using font links with database instead of OS short cuts in Groups is a deliberate decision.

Please clarify some details: 1) version of Windows (Win 10, Win 7 or earlier?) 2) do you see that PostScript fonts are not visible in Adobe Illustrator immediately after installing the PostScript font in FontExpert (= install a font in FontExpert, go to Illustrator, check its font menu)?
