Someone else having this problem? If you have a Backup function... it's quite important that you can restore from it. It seams that when creating the backup file, Windows Firewall or Defender blocks the creating of one special file that FontExpert uses for the restore function??

Someone else... feels that it's more stabile now? Almost a week now without issues But I don't know if it depends on OS updates or that I have cleaned up (erased) some thousands tt-fonts??

Hi... thanks for explaining. If you excuse me... I can then skip this "fix" because for me it don't feals like a fix. For be sure you must check the font's every startup and restart or do this activation all the time... back to 17th century :roll: I really hope you can fix this in the soft...

Am a little unsecure how to achieve this... aspecially with the reg file?? After doing this... willl it work all the time? Does it affect some performance?

I have done some testing... When I turn on the pc and let it startup complete without using it. When ready I start using and check FontExpert and the softwares I use. Works good. Has done this several times and works all the time. If I don't wait for the pc to start up complete... it get's instabil....

Hi Gonzha, you make me nervous... Now 3 days for me and works perfect with loading the fonts. I have the latest updates (creators update) and all security patches until today. About 66.000 fonts indexed in library and about 350 (including) syst fonts that are loaded at start.

Great... thanks. Think I got it now. Was all the time until now reffering the fonts to the source folders I had installed since earlier managing with other softwares as "Nexus Font". Good then I just back up and erase the source folders. Save some memory
