Quick answer is : it is known issue and we consider this behavior as an issue in Adobe products on Windows platform, while the behavior of FontExpert is correct. Please send us your jpg to support [dot] proximasoftware.com. FontExpert currently doesn't have it's own anti-aliasing output for font samples, so I would recommend you to turn on the antialiasing support built in Windows. (It seems it is turned off on your computer.) Please verify the settings here...
