Have you selected "* All Defined Characters" in the combo box on the toolbar for these fonts? The characters in those fonts can be defined within a Unicode subrange that is not selected currently in the combo box on the toolbar. (Or we can answer in more details if you send us one or both ...

Please send us your jpg to support [dot] proximasoftware.com. FontExpert currently doesn't have it's own anti-aliasing output for font samples, so I would recommend you to turn on the antialiasing support built in Windows. (It seems it is turned off on your computer.) Please verify the settings here...
