Yes, it is easy to implement in FontExpert Setup, which could add a FontExpert shortcut to Start/All Programs/Startup menu. Actually, any user already can add this short cut to Startup menu manually. But in this case it is better to start a program as an icon in the right bottom corner of the screen...
