General discussion of the use of FontExpert font manager

I uninstalled two fonts and later decided to re-install them. In Groups, I selected the fonts from Uninstalled and chose re-install. This happened. Then I went to delete the fonts from the Group, but received a message saying they could not be deleted. How can I have the fonts installed and not in this group?
Unfortunately there is not enough information to understand the reason. Usually the Uninstalled folder contains files uninstalled from Windows folder, and when you install them you have two options - install them in this folder (default option) or copy to Windows folder. Which option you used? If the font is installed you should uninstall it before moving or deleting its file but it could be a problem if some application is running and using this font at this moment.
