If you use advanced "Heuristics" and "Advanced Heuristics" options, NOD32 antivirus may incorrectly suspect a virus in FontExpertReg registration utility included in FontExpert distribution files: "FontExpertReg.exe - probably a variant of Win32/Tsipe troyan".
